The Residence I CIELI DI ROMA has been built in the newest quarter of  Rome, called I Giardini di Roma, and lies nearby the roman pines forest of Castelporziano, on the road precisely in front of the summer Villa and farm of the President of the Italian Republic. 


"I Cieli di Roma" is the first real Timeshare Resort in Rome already functional and operational.
  		
  




  
  
The Residence is approximately 40 minutes by car from the monumental town center (the Colosseum, Palatin Palaces, the Circo Massimo, the Forum etc) and an equivalent timing for a visit to St.Peter and the Vatican. Ten minutes to the ultramodern quarter EUR and the urban subway, or 10 minutes to the seaside and the beaches of Rome. Twenty minutes are sufficient to reach the International Airport of Rome/Fiumicino.


The Grande Raccordo Anulare (the belt Highway of Rome), is only 5 kilometers far, and connects to every direction, northern and southern highways and the consular roads (Appia, Aurelia, Flaminia, Tiburtina, etc).


The surface subway Roma/Ostia (Casalbernocchi stop) will bring you to the heart of the monumental Rome, 
arriving in less than 20 minutes to the Pyramid of Caio Cestio and Porta San Paolo, 
only a few hundred meters from the Circo Massimo, the temples of Vesta and the Temple of the Male Fortune.

The Residence is composed of 28 apartments:

All apartments have a closed bathroom and a separated kitchen, are completely furnished and have sheets, towels, kitchen and table apparel (Microwave on request). 


Telephone is active for inhouse calls. It may be activated for local and international calls on request.
